Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Acceptance is based on the date and time of application submission, diversity of organizations, and space availability.

All applicants will receive a confirmation email indicating whether they have been approved to participate in the Minot Food Truck Festival. If accepted, additional details regarding location and setup will be provided closer to the event.

With your application, you are required to submit a description of your organization and the number of employees attending (wristbands needed, maximum of 6).

Registration Fee

  • $50 non-sales booth (organizations distributing information only)
  • $75 per 10×10 sales booth
  • The first 10 approved nonprofit applications are free

Nonprofit vendors are not required to pay the Minot Parks vendor fee.

Additional Notes

Booths may be subject to First District Health Department inspection depending on the nature of the setup. 

Nonprofits selling food must complete the Food Truck/Stand application and will be subject to standard food vendor rates.
