Vendor Information
Securing Your Spot
Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Acceptance is based on the date and time of application submission, vendor diversity, and payment.
All applicants will receive a confirmation email indicating whether they have been approved to participate in the Minot Food Truck Festival. If accepted, additional details regarding location and setup will be provided closer to the event.
With your application, you are required to submit a description of your booth and the number of employees attending (wristbands needed, maximum of 6).
Vendor Registration Fee
- $75 per 10×10 spot
- $50 non-sales vendor booth (vendors distributing information only)
Minot Parks Requirement
All non-food vendors are required to complete the Minot Parks Vendor Application for Non-Park District Event ($25 fee).
- This form will be provided to you after acceptance
- The $25 fee will be added to your total balance
Nonprofit vendors are not required to pay the $25 Minot Parks fee.
Additional Notes
Vendors may be subject to First District Health Department inspection depending on the nature of their booth.
